A proprietary blend of oils that promotes relaxation and reduces anxiety.
About Essential Oils
Aromatherapy, practised in different countries around the world for nearly 6,000 years, is a holistic approach to physical and emotional healing, using only natural herbal oils. Natural herbal oils, or essential oils are extracted in concentrated form from roots, leaves, seeds, or flowers of plants and each type has its own active ingredients, targeting different symptoms.
Most commonly, essential oils can be massaged into the skin or diffused into the air for breathing.
All of our essential oils are 100% pure, therapeutic grade, and have been certified organic by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
Good Night Blend Benefits
The Good Night Blend is most beneficial when used as a massage blend in the evening. With a mixture of organic essential oils, the Good Night Blend is the perfect way to end the day with relaxation and comfort.
How to Use
Add 20-60 drops of Good Night Blend to 4 oz of Coconut Fractionated Oil or Sesame Oil and use as a body oil. Apply to the body in the evening before bed after a shower or bath while body is still warm and moist. This is a great oil to use in a massage blend at night. Put a few drops on a tissue and put under pillow for a restful night's sleep. The Good Night Blend can also be diffused into the air using the Cold Air Diffuser for aromatherapy.
