Refund Policy

Our goal is 100% satisfactions. We go above and beyond to ensure that you are pleased with our products and services.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange a refund.

It is important that you contact us to verify the return address – prior to sending out any return packages. If packages were sent to the wrong address, Water Liberty reserves the right to issue refunds.

  1. You can contact us by submitting a ticket (click here), email us at support [at], or call us directly at 1-888-318-9445. To help us serve you better, please provide your 9-digit Order ID starting with the number 2 (eg. 2XXXXXXXX). The Order ID is provided immediately upon your purchase via the e-mail address you’ve used to order. Please ensure to check in your spam folder in case you did not receive your Order ID.
  2. We prioritize all return and cancellation requests and we strive to contact you within 2 business days.
  3. Due to security reasons, we can only begin to process any refunds submitted by the credit card or account holder.

Return Policy

All shipped and used products are considered as returns. All orders are shipped out 2 business days after the purchase date. Please be advised that shipping and handling fees as well as return shipping fees will NOT be reimbursed.

The return period for Water Liberty’s products is 60 days with the following exception.

Adya Clarity: within 2 years of arrival date, with special exemption.

Our Client Service Representative will provide you with Return mailing address, Return Merchandise Authorization Number, and Return Merchandise Authorization Form upon receiving your request for a refund.

All products MUST be returned to the correct return mailing address provided by our Client Service Representative for a valid refund.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders that have NOT been shipped out will be granted a full refund. If orders have been shipped out, our return policy, stated above, will apply immediately.

Damaged Products

Water Liberty will gladly exchange any damaged products due to transportation and manufacturer’s defect.

To expedite the reshipment, please provide a picture or video of the defective product. This helps us identify the issue and ship you the appropriate replacement parts. Any extra shipping and replacement costs will not be incurred.

All refunds will be issued and credited back to the original method of payment only. Water Liberty reserves the right to refuse issuing any check or credit using different method of payment due to security reasons.

Please allow up to 2 to 5 business days for us to process your refund.. Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your account.

Once a refund is processed, a confirmation email will be sent automatically to your email address on file. If you have not received your refund credit within 15 business days upon the refund confirmation email, please contact us immediately.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

The manufacturer determined all warranty policy and procedures. Please refer to the user guide or package for the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Our Client Service Representatives will gladly provide the procedures when necessary.

  • Magnetic Laundry System: 50 Years
  • NanoTowels: 1 Year
  • LaundryPlus System: 2 Year
  • NanoSponges: 3 Months (with exceptions)
